Before joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Charlie spent four years across Paris and Luxembourg, in the audit departments of Denjean & Associés and Deloitte Luxembourg.
Charlie is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), and holds a Master of Accounting, Control and Audit from IAE France as well as an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Financial Management awarded by the French government.

Prior to joining Quilvest, Ali was Senior Vice President at Middle East Capital Group, a regional investment bank, heading the organization’s capital markets and fund-raising activities.
Before that, Ali moved to London with Saudi International Bank, in the forward currency trading unit and then in the asset management department as an Assistant Investment Manager, focusing on commodities-based companies in the Canadian and Australian equity markets.
Prior to that, Ali worked at the Saudi French Bank as head of its Private Banking Department, in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.

Head of Portfolio Management +Orestes joined Quilvest Capital Partners AM in 2014. He is Head of Portfolio Management and AIFM Conducting Officer based in Luxembourg.
Orestes is part of the Senior Management of AIFM. Orestes oversees the Portfolio Management department, coordinates the investment decision process for a variety of strategies and asset classes (private equity, real estate and real assets), participates in investment committees, and liaises with the Fundraising, Legal and Operations teams on regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners AM, Orestes served in various roles including Advisor at the European Investment Bank, Finance Manager and Partner at an Energy Efficiency technology startup, Investment Manager at Sodexo and at METAINVERSIÓN, and Project Manager at IDOM, S.A.

Richard brings over 20 years of HR management experience to his role as HR Director at Quilvest Capital. Previously, he held senior positions at Pantheon Ventures and Insight Investment as well as early career roles with firms such as HSBC and RBS.
Richard holds a BA in Classics from the University of Liverpool and an MSc in Psychology.
Outside of work, when not spending time with his family (and two dogs), Richard enjoys endurance sports such as marathon running and long-distance triathlons.

Olivier joined Quilvest Capital Partners as the Chief of Staff to the Executive Chairman Alexis Meffre, up until January 2023.
Before joining Quilvest, Olivier spent five years as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in Paris and Sydney offices.
Prior to this experience, he worked at Ardian Mid Cap buyout team and at BNP Paribas in Mergers & Acquisitions department in Paris.

He is the co-founder of 360 Advisory LLP, an FCA regulated buy-side advisory firm, specialising in unlisted equity transactions.Prior to 360 Advisory, Adrien spent over 15 years working in various Investment Banking divisions of leading Financial Institutions (RBS, Merrill Lynch and BNP Paribas), in Madrid, Paris and London.
During the course of his career, Adrien has advised Financial Institutions and Corporate clients in structuring highly complex financial engineering structures, working in both Fixed Income and Equity divisions.
His managerial responsibilities ranged from origination and structuring to the execution of cross-border financial transactions.
Adrien acted as Guest Teacher in Finance at the London School of Economics, where he received an award for “outstanding contribution to teaching” in 2014.
He is the Chairman of the supervisory board of Quilvest Banque Privée, and a member of the board of International Advisory Services, the Bemberg family council.
Adrien graduated from Paris II University (MA Company and Tax Law), and holds two post-graduate degrees from University College London (LLM), and the London School of Economics (Finance).

Patrizio Borgognoni
Head of Risk Management +Patrizio joined Quilvest Capital Partners AM in 2022. He is Head of Risk Management and AIFM Conducting Officer based in Luxembourg.
Patrizio is part of the Senior Management of AIFM. In his role he is closely collaborating with Valuation, Portfolio Management, Compliance, Operations and the General Partners of the AIFM managed investment funds.
Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners AM, Patrizio was CFO at Flexam Invest, a real asset financing firm, moving to the investment funds industry after a long career in banking and financial markets where his last position was Deputy Head Treasury Europe for UBS Europe SE and Head Treasury for UBS Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands. Patrizio started his career at Deloitte Consulting in 1993 and has over 30 years of experience in the banking, financial markets and asset servicing/investment funds industries. During his career he held multiple senior management positions in institutions such as UBS, Credit Suisse, RBC Investor Services and Dexia BIL.
Patrizio holds an Engineering degree from Ecole des Mines in Nancy (France) and an MSc in Banking and Finance from Luxembourg School of Finance.

Edouard is responsible for developing relationships with private clients in France (high-net-worth individuals and Family Offices).
In parallel, Edouard assumes the role of CFO of the Advisory Council of the Bemberg Family and President of Quilvest France, subsidiary of Bemberg Capital.

Olivier oversees the fund activities which encompass the monitoring of net asset value, the oversight of the service providers and delegates, as well as carrying out other regulatory duties of AIFM in collaboration with the General Partners and depositaries of the funds.
Prior to rejoining Quilvest Capital Partners AM, Olivier was an Associate at BlackRock in Luxembourg.
Olivier started his career at UBS Wealth Management as reconciliation specialist in 2021.

Board MemberCraig Donaldson was appointed to the board in 2018 – and is chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
With 30 years of experience in alternative investments, including private equity, real estate, energy, forestry, private debt and other control-oriented investment strategies, his responsibilities have included investments, portfolio management, business strategy and planning, team building, management, external communications, fundraising and client service.
Mr. Donaldson was a founding partner of HgCapital, a leading private equity firm (he retired in 2017). Craig was a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and served on its Investment, Portfolio Review and Valuation Committees. He led the partnership’s client functions, its co-investment activities, and its business strategy and planning work. Prior to co-founding HgCapital in 2000, Craig held investment, portfolio management and client roles at Clarion Partners, UBS and PGIM. He is a graduate of Babson College.
Craig maintains an active non-executive agenda involving charitable, corporate and private business activities. He is an independent director and advisor to investment firms, portfolio companies and limited partners – and devotes significant time to mentoring. He is strategic advisor to London-based Tenzing Private Equity and to a private New York and Palo Alto-based investment group and family office. He also provides project-based advice to a European alternatives business. Craig was a board member of TPC Broadband, and mentored the company’s CEO (the business was sold to private equity in June, 2020). Craig co-chairs the Investment Committee for the endowment of Babson College, where he is a trustee and a member of the board’s Executive Committee. Craig proudly serves as mentor to a US Naval officer and former Seal Team Commander.

Serge is part of the Senior Management of AIFM. Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners AM, Serge was a member of the quantitative committee at Dexia group and was leading the risk modelling department of Dexia in Luxembourg.
Prior to joining the finance sector in 1998, Serge had a short military career in the air force.
Serge holds CFA, CAIA and FRM qualifications.
John Eggleston
Partner, Chief Operating Officer +John joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2024. He is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer, based in London alongside wider global offices.
John brings over 20 years of leadership, operational management and transformation experience to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Quilvest Capital.
Previously, he was a Partner at Pantheon Ventures, prior to that Operating Partner and Exco Member at Business Growth Fund, formerly Co-Founding Director, CIO and Operations Board Chair at Callcredit Group, which rapidly scaled before successful exit to TransUnion.
His earlier career roles spanned firms such as NatWest, Scottish Power, Kingfisher Group and DCS Plc.
John holds Fellowships with the Institute of Leadership (FIoL), Institute of Directors (FIoD) and The Chartered Institute for IT (FBCS). Outside of work, John is a keen fitness enthusiast as well as enjoying spending time with his family.
Nicolas Esteves
Portfolio Manager +Nicolas joined Quilvest Capital Partners AM in 2024. He is Portfolio Manager within the Portfolio Management team and is based in Luxembourg.
Nicolas collaborates closely with Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams of AIFM to ensure that investment strategies are executed in alignment with their mandates and legal requirements.
Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners AM, Nicolas was a Senior Consultant at Square Management.

Christophe Evain
Non-Executive Chairman +Christophe Evain was appointed to the board in June 2021. he is also the President of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
Mr Evain is a highly experienced and successful investment professional, having held a number of leading positions in top European financial institutions during a career that spans more than three decades. During his twenty-year tenure at Intermediate Capital Group, he served as Group Managing Director, London, was responsible for international operations and business development, and sat on the company’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee. Following this, he assumed the dual role of CEO and CIO for seven years.
As an active non-executive, Mr Evain continues to advise some of Europe’s top companies, most recently acting as Non-Executive at Land Securities Plc and as Chairman of Bridges Fund Management. Christophe is also an Executive Fellow at London Business School.
Henrik Falktoft

He has four decades of international business experience and has held senior positions in private equity, investment banking and general management.
Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Henrik worked with Deutsche Bank in Tokyo, building a new private equity group for the bank and later in acquiring distressed mortgage portfolios.
Before that, Henrik joined ZS Fund L.P., a New York private equity firm, as a partner in 1990.
Prior to that, Henrik joined Morgan Stanley in New York, where he worked on M&A, corporate finance and capital markets transactions.
He started his career in 1976 with A.P. Moller-Maersk, first in his native Denmark and then in Taiwan, Tokyo and New York in marketing and sales for Maersk Line’s shipping routes.

Board MemberRobin Filmer-Wilson was appointed director of the Company on June 10th, 2016.
His term of office expired in 2022. Mr. Robin Filmer-Wilson is a founding shareholder of LABCO SAS, Europe’s largest diagnostic group, which he developed from EUR 25m in turnover to EUR 650m in turnover between 2004 to 2015, when the group was eventually sold to Cinven.
Robin is an experienced private equity professional with a global career beginning in 1998 at Brown Brothers Harriman in New York followed by Baring Private Equity, TCR Capital and most recently, ArchiMed SAS, Europe’s leading independent healthcare private equity group where he is a Managing Partner. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Hera Capital, a SE Asian private equity group and a Director of Menalabs Cerba, a Middle Eastern diagnostic group. Robin holds a BSFS from Georgetown University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Prior to joining Quilvest in 2009, Manuel gained 15 years of experience in the financial sector. He worked successively as an audit and compliance manager from 1999 to 2009 for Credit Lyonnais and Bank Sarasin Europe S.A. in Luxembourg.
Manuel started his career in 1995 as an external auditor with KPMG Luxembourg.

Mike has over 35 years of real estate investing experience in over 13 countries around the world. He spent 15 years at Morgan Stanley where he was the Global Head of Asset Management and the CEO of Morgan Stanley Properties for all the Morgan Stanley family of real estate funds ($90BN AUM).
Since retiring from Morgan Stanley in April 2008, Mike has provided consulting services on a variety of real estate projects to clients in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Turkey, and the U.S.
He has also served as Senior Advisor to several PE Real Estate Firms such as GreenOak Real Estate, Lehman Bros. Estate, FREO Group, and most currently DEA Capital Real Estate and Highbrook.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he worked in the Goldman Sachs Whitehall Funds in their Asset Management Group, was Director of Corporate Real Estate at TIE/Communications and prior to that was Vice President of Operations at Citibank.
Mike holds an MBA from Bryant College and a BA from Holy Cross College. He holds the IREM designation of CPM. He is also a retired Captain in the U.S. Naval Reserves.

Barry Hammerman
Co-Head of Real Estate +Barry joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2010. He is Partner, co-heads the Real Estate team and is based in New York.
Barry joined as one of the initial members of the real estate investment team and is a registered officer of Quilvest Securities (US Broker Dealer). As a senior member of the team, Barry sits on the Investment Committee and is responsible for executing direct real estate investments, managing the exiting portfolio, and pursuing strategic initiatives. During his tenure at Quilvest, Barry has acquired more than $1.8bn of real estate in the US and overseen the growth of the platform to more than $3bn globally.
Prior to joining Quilvest, Barry was a member of the investment team in DLJ/Credit Suisse’s Real Estate Private Equity Group since 2001, where he was responsible for acquiring and managing a diversified portfolio of opportunistic real estate investments totaling $1.3bn for their discretionary funds.
Barry graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, with degrees in finance and accounting.

Carlos started his career at British Aerospace (now BAE Systems) and after his MBA embarked on a 10-year stint in Consulting at Booz Allen and Hamilton (now Booz Inc) and Mercer Management (now Oliver Wyman).
He shifted to the financial sector in 1999 when he joined Banque Saradar as Head of Strategy before assuming his functions at Quilvest in 2005, where he co-founded the Emerging Markets Private Equity platform.

David Hunter

He is a professional strategic adviser focused principally on UK and international real estate. He is on the boards of both listed and unlisted companies in the UK and overseas, including as chairman of Dar Global plc and of Capital & Regional plc. He is also a Senior Adviser to ICG Real Estate, the global debt and equity house. He has previously been chairman of NR Nordic and Russia Properties and of South African Property Opportunities.
David qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1978 and had over 25 years’ experience as a fund manager, including as managing director of Aberdeen Asset Management’s € 8bn property fund business, before he set up his consultancy in 2005. He is a past president of the British Property Federation and was actively involved in the introduction of REITs to the UK. He was Honorary Swedish Consul to Glasgow for 20 years and is an Honorary Professor of real estate at Heriot-Watt University.
Finley John

Prior to joining Quilvest, Finley was a Vice President at GE Equity, the $2.5 billion private equity arm of GE Capital. Finley was responsible for all aspects of the investment process including the sourcing and execution of new investments. Finley also managed a $500 million direct and co-investment portfolio.
Before re-joining GE, Finley was a Senior Associate at Loughlin Management Partners, a middle-market restructuring advisor.
Finley has also held various corporate finance advisory roles at GE Capital, KPMG, and Deutsche Bank.
Finley received an MBA from The Johnson School at Cornell University and a BBA from Pace University. He is a CPA licensed in the State of New York and is a CFA charter holder.

Michael Kandarakis
Co-Head of Real Estate +Michael joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2020. He is Partner, co-heads the Real Estate team and is based London.
Michael has over 27 years of experience in real estate private equity, having worked in Europe, Asia and the U.S, and is the Global co-Head of Quilvest’s real estate investment activities, where he is responsible for executing direct real estate investments, managing the existing portfolio, and pursuing strategic initiatives.
He helped initiate the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds in Europe, working out of London and NYC. He was then a founding partner of Soros Real Estate (later Grove International Partners).
He built up the firm’s business in Asia which held 7 investment platforms with close to $2.0bn equity invested in commercial real estate, non-performing loans, hospitality, healthcare and retail. Michael was a member of the global investment committee and co chaired the firm’s partnership committee and fund management unit.
Michael currently serves at the board of the Hellenic Public Properties Co., the manager and developer of the real estate assets of the Greek State.
He received a BS in Management from the London School of Economics. He speaks English, French and Greek.
Michele Kinner

Michele has over 30 years of private equity and banking experience. Michele was in charge of all Quilvest private equity fund investments in the US up until 2018 when she became a Senior Advisor in 2018.
Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners, she managed for three years private fund investments for Royal Bank of Canada, consulting extensively throughout North America to investors interested in the asset class.
Prior to Royal Bank of Canada, she was with JPMorgan Chase and its predecessors for over 22 years.
Earlier in her career with JPMorgan Chase, she held various management positions in Private Banking, Corporate Banking, Acquisition Finance and Risk Management.
She holds an MBA from the Whittemore School at the University of New Hampshire and an AB in Economics and Psychology from Smith College. She is married with two sons.

Grégoire joined Quilvest in 2007. He works on the due diligence of direct investments and private equity funds primarily in Europe. He also participates in the monitoring and reporting of QS PEP.
Prior to that, Gregoire worked in mergers and acquisitions, notably at Deloitte and Crédit Agricole where he was involved in the execution of transactions in the service industry and manufacturing sector.
He also has a previous experience in audit and financial controlling.

Jean-François Le Ruyet

Prior to joining Quilvest, Jean-François gained seven years of management and strategic consulting experience as a Senior Associate Consultant with Bain & Company and a Junior Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company.
At McKinsey, Jean-François worked with several European private equity funds in various industries, in particular the media and consumer goods sectors. His assignments included strategic and market due diligence, and merger and acquisition valuations. Prior to his consulting career, Jean-François worked for two years as an Analyst at Société Générale in São Paulo, Brazil.

She is responsible for the US budget and overseas all accounting and operational services in the US.
Prior to joining Quilvest in January 2005, Frances was the CFO at The Onion, an American satirical media company and newspaper organization. While at The Onion, Frances was a member of the management team and prepared the consolidated financial statements.
Prior to The Onion, Frances was the Assistant Controller at SG Capital Partners, a $450 million middle market private equity fund focused on growth and leveraged buyout investments. Frances was responsible for the accounting of the fund and management reporting.
Frances earned her BBA in Finance from the Lubin School of Business of Pace University.
Alexis Meffre

Alexis has over 20 years of private equity and finance experience across Europe, the USA and the Emerging Markets.
Prior to joining Quilvest, Alexis was a Director at ACG Capital (ex Groupama Private Equity): co-manager of the investment team and member of the investment committee. He was leading private equity fund Investments in primary and secondary opportunities, buy-out, venture capital / growth equity, debt funds / mezzanine, infrastructure and special situations. He was also actively involved in client relationship, fundraising and new products development.
From 2003 to 2007, Alexis worked at Proparco (a French Development Financial Institution) where he co-founded the Private Equity team, focusing on Emerging markets (direct investments, private equity fund investments and co-investments).
He started his career as financial analyst in Sydney with BNP PARIBAS Equities Australia and then joined GOLDMAN SACHS Global Investment Research focusing on EMEA markets in London.
Alexis serves on the Bemberg Family Council, as well as the Boards of Quilvest SA, Quilvest Wealth Management S.A., and QCP AM S.A. (the Quilvest Group AIFM).

Prior to joining Quilvest, Andrew was an Associate within Citi’s Loan Syndications Group.

Senior PartnerMarc joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2008. He is a Senior Partner of the Real Estate team and a Real Estate advisor to the Executive Chairman of Quilvest Capital Partners. He is based in Paris.
Marc established and led Quilvest Real Estate until December 2018.
Before joining Quilvest in February 2008, Marc was for more than 7 years Alliance Hospitality Group CEO.
Prior to that, Marc enjoyed more than 20 years of direct experience in Real Estate development. As CEO of several private investment funds owned by banks or/and high net worth individuals.
Overall, Marc has directly managed the bulk sale, or, divestment process of clusters of assets representing transactions between US$ 50 Million and US$ 1Billion, totaling US$ 1,7Billion.
Before shifting to Real Estate, he started his career as a Marketing Planner and then Client Servicing Director. For 6 years, he covered the MEA region advising international clients including: Gillette, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, British American Tobacco, Rowntree Mackintosh, Toyota Cars, Singapore Airlines.
Marc holds an H.N.D. in Marketing from the College for the Distributive Trades (London) and an MBA from INSEAD. He is married with two children.
Philip Marchal
Managing Director, Head of North America +Philip joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2022. He is a Managing Director and Head of North America in the Investor Solutions and Capital Raising team. He is based in New York.
Philip is responsible for managing Quilvest’s relationships with North American investors and raising capital for all of Quilvest’s investment strategies. Philip has 27 years of experience in financial services.
Prior to joining Quilvest in December 2022, Philip headed the New York office of Probitas Partners where for a decade he was responsible for managing the firm’s relationships with limited partners in northeastern North America.
Prior to Probitas, Philip worked in New York as an investment banker for 17 years at BMO Capital Markets and JP Morgan.
Philip began his career as an international trade specialist at the US Department of Commerce.
Philip has an MBA from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, an MA from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and a BA from Dartmouth College.
Blair Jani-Marke

AccountantBlair joined Quilvest in 2017. She is responsible for all accounting and tax matters of the Private Credit team and assists the US Director of Operations.
Prior to joining Quilvest, Blair was a Fund Accountant at Optima Fund Management LLC, where she was involved in accounting for various funds including direct investments, multi-manager and advisory funds. Prior to Optima Fund Management LLC, Blair was involved in the research side of the fund-of-hedge funds where she worked as an Operational Due Diligence Analyst at Pioneer Alternative Investments.
Blair received her Master of Business Administration from Wagner College and Bachelor of Science from St. Francis College.
Omar Nabhani

Prior to joining Quilvest in 2023, Omar was a Senior Associate at Bregal Partners, where he focused on investments in Consumer and Business Services.
Prior to joining Quilvest, Omar was an Associate at Partners Group, where he focused on investments in Healthcare.
Omar started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Guggenheim Partners.

Larry has more than 15 years of experience on Wall Street as an investor, attorney and banker. In his career on Wall Street, he has participated in over 30 buyouts transactions consisting of billions of dollars of capital.
Before joining Quilvest Capital Partners, he was at Centre Partners.
Prior to joining Centre Partners, Larry was the founding member of Malakand Capital.
Prior to that, Larry was at SG Capital Partners.
His other previous professional experience includes positions at White & Case, Bankers Trust Company (in the LBO and Energy Groups), the U.S. Department of Commerce and The White House.
Larry earned his A.B. from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and his J.D., cum laude, and M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Florian Osman
General Counsel +Florian joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2020. He is the group General Counsel and is based in Paris.
Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Florian was a Senior Counsel at Emirates Investment Authority, the sovereign wealth fund of the Federal Government of the UAE, in Abu Dhabi.
Prior to that, he worked for six years as an attorney-at-law in the Corporate and M&A department of Loyens & Loeff in Luxembourg and New York.
He is admitted to the Bar in Paris and Luxembourg and holds a Master Degree in Law (LLM) from Kings College London.
Olga Ovcharova
Financial Controller +Olga joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2018. She is a Financial Controller and is based in Luxembourg.
She is responsible for all finance matters of the asset management company.
She brings more than 15 years of accounting, controlling and financial experience in both non-financial and financial sectors.
Her experience is complimented with more than 10 years of lecturing Accounting, Controlling, Financial Math, Risk Management in the University.
Olga holds MSc from Baltic Federal University and Doctor degree in Economics.

Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer +Emma joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2023. She is the Chief of Staff to the Executive Chairman and is based in Paris.
Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Emma spent 6 years as a strategy consultant at McKinsey and Oliver Wyman in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. She worked on various client assignments covering a wide range of corporate and strategy topics such as market entry, growth strategy or digital transformation.

Serge Rafie
Senior Advisor +Serge joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2010. He is a Senior Advisor of the Investor Solutions and Capital Raising team and is based in Beirut.
Before joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Serge spent 16 years at Merrill Lynch Private Bank – Bank of America in Paris as a Senior First Vice President in Wealth Management and fund raising in the Middle East , Turkey, and North Africa regions.
Prior to that, Serge was a Managing Director at Banque Française de l’Orient a subsidiary of Indosuez Bank overviewing the Bank’s Corporate and Trade Finance activities.
He started his career as Managing Partner in a Private soft commodity trading company and acted as a consultant for several leading multinational companies wishing to establish in the MEA region.
Serge is a graduate of the American University of Beirut – Lebanon, he holds a BA in Economics and an MBA in Banking and Finance.
Spencer Rabin
Senior Associate +Spencer joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2021. He is a Senior Associate of the Private Credit Team and is based in New York.
Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Spencer was an associate in the Private Credit group at Modern Bank in New York.
Spencer also previously worked at KPMG LLP, where he served as an advisory associate in the CMBS Securitization practice.
Spencer graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Certification in Management Information Systems.

Prior to joining Quilvest, Andreas was a member of the European investment team at Fortress Investment Group.
Prior to Fortress, Andreas worked at Harbert Management Corporation focusing on European real estate acquisitions.
Andreas started his career at Morgan Stanley in the investment banking division in London and New York.
Andreas graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School and the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania, with degrees in Finance and International Relations. He is married with two children.

Maninder Saluja
Head of Primaries, Co-Investments & Secondaries +Mani joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2005. He is a Partner, heads the Primaries, Co-Investments & Secondaries team and is based in New York.
He initially joined Quilvest in New York as a member of the direct investment team focused on lead and co-investments primarily in the United States before opening Quilvest’s Hong Kong office in 2010 to develop the Asia and emerging market private equity programs.
Prior to joining Quilvest, Mani worked at Alvarez & Marsal, a prominent crisis management and restructuring advisory firm.
Prior to A&M, Mani worked as the Director of Finance and Strategic Planning for a data center and data communications provider in the Northeastern United States.
Mani started his career in the Media & Communications and International investment banking practices of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, both in New York and Hong Kong.
Mani received his MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Michigan. He is an advisory board member or board observer on a number of Quilvest’s funds and co-investments. He is married with three children.

Prior to joining Quilvest, Noam was a senior vice president in the Special Situations Debt Group at Clarion Partners LLC.
Prior to Clarion, Noam was a Senior Vice President at Westport Capital Partners LLC.
Noam graduated from Rutgers University (New Brunswick, NJ) with a double major in Economics & Finance.
Catherine Shih
Partner +Catherine joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2010. She is a Partner of the Primaries, Co-Investments & Secondaries team and is based in Hong Kong.
Prior to joining Quilvest, Catherine spent several years at HarbourVest Partners (Asia) in Hong Kong, most recently as a Vice President. She focused on primary partnership investments across Asia Pacific and committed over $150 million in capital to managers across developed and emerging Asia.
Prior to that, Catherine worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company in its Hong Kong, New York, and Boston offices.
Catherine holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Brown University with concentrations in Computer Science and Business Economics.
Jonathan Short

Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Jonathan was an Investor Relations Manager at Montagu Private Equity.
Prior to Montagu, Jonathan spent two years in the primary fundraising team at Campbell Lutyens.
He began his career as a Fund Formation lawyer with SJ Berwin and Proskauer Rose.
Jonathan holds an MBA from Imperial College Business School.

Risk Officer +Sebestyén joined Quilvest Capital Partners AM in 2021. He is Risk Officer within the Risk Department and is based in Luxembourg.
Sebestyén holds an MSc in Business and Sustainability and a BSc in International Business Administration, both from the Rotterdam School of Management.
Gonzalo Tanoira
Board Member +Gonzalo Tanoira was appointed director of the Company on June 10th, 2016.
Mr. Tanoira lives in Buenos Aires and is a Director of several Argentine companies. He is the president of the Board of Directors of SA San Miguel, the largest citrus producer of the southern hemisphere, with operations in Argentina, Uruguay and South Africa.
He is also Finance Director of Patagonia Gold, a mining company traded on the LSE with operations in the South of Argentina. He is director of Central Puerto, one of the largest energy generation companies in Argentina and of Grupo Peñaflor, a wine company.
He has recently been appointed by the new Argentine government as director in its national airliner, Aerolineas Argentinas.
In the past, Mr. Tanoira has worked in investment banking in New York as an analyst for Bear Stearns & Co, and in consulting as an Associate for Booz Allen & Hamilton in its offices in Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo and Santiago de Chile.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Belgrano University (Buenos Aires) and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
He is a member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) and part of the business council of ESE, at the University of Los Andes (Chile)
Luca Tappi
Portfolio Manager +Luca joined Quilvest Capital Partners AM in 2021. He is Portfolio Manager within the Portfolio Management team and is based in Luxembourg.
In his role as Portfolio Manager, Luca is involved in the management of a variety of strategies and asset classes (private equity, real estate, venture capital and real assets) executed through a number of investment vehicles that are promoted either by the Quilvest Capital Partners related entities or by other third party institutions.
Luca started his career in 2018 at UniCredit Bank as Actuary within the pension funds division before joining KPMG Luxembourg as Senior Risk Adviser focusing on investment funds.
He holds a BSc and MSc in Statistics and Financial Sciences, and a Postgraduate Master in Mathematical Finance.
Luca is a certified FRM and SCR, awarded by the GARP Institute.
Daniel Toledano
Head of Strategic Marketing +Daniel joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2019. He is a Principal and the Head of Strategic Marketing and is based in Paris.
Daniel works closely with the Fundraising, Investments, Operations teams on tasks covering the whole spectrum of Strategic, Operations and Investor Relations activities, including the product design of new funds, communication and marketing activities and customer servicing / investors relations.
Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Daniel spent two years as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in Paris.
Before that, he worked for various engineering and energy companies in Europe, Asia and Africa.
Daniel holds an MBA from INSEAD as well as two MSc in Engineering from the IFP-School and ESCPE Lyon.

Board MemberAna Sainz de Vicuña is a director of Quilvest & Partners.
From 1984 to 2003 she worked for Merrill Lynch in Spain both in the Private Banking and Investment Banking units holding a number of different managerial positions.
Since 2004 she has been a board member of Corporación Financiera Guadalmar, a diversified Family Office with assets in Spain and Latin America (mainly Argentina and Chile). She supervises the Financial Investments Committee as well as the investments in hospitality in Chile.
Ana is also member of the board of Grupo Security in Chile since 2009. Grupo Security is a Holding Company owning a Bank, an Insurance Company, an Asset Manager and a Services Company. It is listed in the Santiago de Chile Stock Exchange.
In May 2014 she joined the Board of Inmobiliaria Colonial S.A a listed holding Company who owns Real Estate in Madrid, Barcelona and Paris. She is Chairman of the Audit committee.
In June 2015 she joined the Board of Acciona S.A, a leading firm in Infrastructure, Renewable Energies and water services. She was also asked to join the Audit Committee. Acciona is also listed in the Madrid Stock Exchange.
In February 2017 she joined the Board of Prosegur Cash, listed in the Madrid Stock Exchange. Its main activity is Cash Transportation in Europe, Asia and South America. She is a Member of the Appointments and Remunerations Committee.
Ana holds a BSC Honours Degree in Agricultural Economics from Reading University. She also completed the 77th session of the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School in 2002.
Renata Virzintaite
Chief Executive Officer, QCPAM +Renata joined Quilvest Capital Partners AM in 2021. She is Chief Executive Officer, AIFM Conducting Officer and a member of AIFM Board of Directors. Renata is based in Luxembourg.
Prior to taking up the CEO role in Quilvest Capital Partners AM in 2023, Renata was the Chief Compliance Officer and AML/CFT Officer of AIFM.
Before joining the Luxembourg investment fund industry, Renata spent 15 years in financial sector in Luxembourg, Ireland and Italy covering the compliance, project management, product development and marketing roles for the life and non-life insurance companies.
She has an MBA from Kaunas University of Technology and an MSc degree from Pavia University.
Marta Wypusz
Director +Marta joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2011. She is a Director of the Investor Solutions and Capital Raising team and is based in Paris.
Marta is responsible for developing relationships with private and institutional clients in Europe, with focus on Italy, Benelux and the Nordics.
Prior to joining Quilvest Capital Partners, Marta was part of the Global Equity & Commodity Derivatives team at BNP Paribas.
Marta started her career in the corporate finance team at Carrefour Property.
Marta graduated from ESCP Europe (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris) and holds a Master in International Business from Poznan University of Economics.

Chairman of the Buyout European Investment CommitteeGuy joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2014 as a CEO. In 2018, Guy transitioned out of this previous role to become the Chairman of the European Investment Committee of the Buyout team and is based in Paris.
Guy has over 30 years of private equity experience across Europe, the USA, and Emerging Markets. He has sourced and completed more than 50 private equity investments during his career in private equity.
Prior to joining Quilvest, Guy was a member of 3i Group Management Committee, Managing Partner of Growth equity investments, Managing Partner of Developing Markets, Chairman and Managing Partner of France and Managing Director of Benelux.
Before joining 3i Group in 1987, Guy worked at Eli Lilly and for a family-owned business.
